An environmentalist could argue that the development of the Tropical Island could lead to habitat destruction and loss of biodiversity, as the construction and operation of the resort could disrupt the natural ecosystem of the island. They could also argue that the increased human activity and waste generation from the resort could have negative impacts on the local environment, such as pollution of the surrounding waters and beaches. Additionally, the environmentalist could raise concerns about the potential overuse of natural resources, such as water and energy, to support the resort's operations, further straining the island's delicate ecosystem. **

From the perspective of an environmentalist, the ban of fireworks is supported due to the harmful effects they have on the environment. Fireworks release toxic chemicals into the air and water, contributing to air and water pollution. The loud noises from fireworks can also disturb wildlife, causing stress and disruption to their habitats. By banning fireworks, we can help protect the environment and the creatures that inhabit it. **

It could be considered double standards if an environmentalist doesn't drive a car to reduce their carbon footprint, but then goes on vacation in the summer, which may involve flying or other activities with a high environmental impact. However, it's important to consider the overall impact of their actions and the efforts they make to minimize their environmental footprint in other aspects of their life. It's also important to recognize that everyone has different priorities and constraints, and it's not always possible to be perfect in every aspect of environmentalism. **
